The USDM student organization was founded in 2002 and is headquartered at the School of Dental Medicine in Zagreb. It was established as a non-profit organization with the aim of improving cooperation among dental students in Croatia and abroad, in the field of professional education, training and scientific work. The goal of USDM is to bring together and connect students through educational, scientific, social and sports activities, as well as activities related to the improvement and promotion of the profession and patient health care. Currently, USDM consists of a dozen projects that are diligently led by our students. The organization's activities include students of integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies of dental medicine in the Republic of Croatia.
Through our commitment and participation in various international congresses and the continuous work of individuals to promote international cooperation and student exchange, we have become a full member of the European Dental Students' Association (EDSA), which represents over 70,000 dental students across Europe, and within which we continuously work actively.
